    Sometimes the hardest thing about losing weight or maintaining optimum weight is in not realizing how many hidden calories you consume in an average day. I was amazed when I started using this app to see how quickly those little extras you don't really think of as food add up. A beer or two after work, a cookie snagged on coffee break, or those OMG cheese loaded fries you just can't live without. I don't believe in diets. "Move more, eat less" is the only way.     Creating twitter lists in columns (even before Twitter supported lists natively), being able to scroll through them sideways like through your photos, makes it the easiest to keep track of all tweets. A small indicator at the bottom informs you of how many tweets there are for each column, and you can jump straight there.     This is very realistic, like a real lighter. You can't burn yourself obviously, but that makes it better. You can customize some of them. One looks like a radioactive sign, which is useful for ipod touch battles. You can even blow out the flame. Unfortunately for ipod touch users, blowing out the flame does not work. Iphone users, however, can blow into the installed microphone and blow out the flame that you make by flicking a small flint wheel. You can open and close the lid by either flick...
